This 19th century home was totally restored in 2006. The planning took as long as the restoration. It is common practice of Awe-Home Repair to plan the project throughly before any work is commenced. The idea behind this project was to save as much of the orginial as possible. The exterior was repaired and covered with vinyl siding. The interior was lead abated and restored with modern luxuries. Due to the condition of the home, the project was completed in six months. The finish product consist of: three bedrooms, two and half baths, living room. formal dining room, kitchen and walk in pantry. This home gives you an apprecation of the past and a sense of country living.
